Repairs

Velvet Flame Jewellery will repair any manufacture fault within 12 months of purchase date. This does not extend to clasps, clips, necklace chains or faults with stones.

General wear and tear, damage from negligence, oxidation, and tarnishing are not considered faults. 

If you have damaged your piece and would like me to look at it for repair, please contact me to discuss what I can do to help you.

Returns

If you change your mind about a piece or have ordered the incorrect size, I am unable to offer a refund. If however there is a fault with your piece, I am able to offer repair, store credit or replacement. 

 

Velvet Flame Jewellery custom orders are not able to be refunded.
